Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
I groomed Thursday and focused on breaking up the ice in the previously set tracks. I think I was mostly successful, and the trail has held up pretty well given the weather we've been having. I didn't reset the track. The trail is very skiable, with no rocks or dirt showing through. Have fun!

We enjoyed a lovely ski just after the groomer finished. Trails in really nice shape!

I was able to groom and set track on the entire trail system today. While more snow would always be great, there are no dirt or rocks showing, and the base is approaching one foot. The trails are in good shape for skiing—enjoy!

We arrived just as the groomer was finishing. First time there. Beautiful trail and nicely groomed! Enough snow to cover and make good tracks. Thank you Lake Country Ski Club!

This is big pine country. 5 miles on Lower Ten Mile Lake Rd you'll find the small road that leads to the parking lot. Nice rolling terrain with good snow coverage. Could use some grooming as there was fresh snow on top of a solid base but no classic tracks yet. It's a classic only trail.

Evening
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Hiram trails were fully groomed today. We've got nearly 12 inches of light, fluffy snow, and it groomed out beautifully. Please note that the parking area has not been plowed yet. The woods were absolutely stunning with snow clinging to the trees, and the wildlife was active. I spotted deer, grouse, turkeys, and even a couple of squirrels. A great day to be out on the trail!

Broke trail this morning beneath a cold, blue sky. Good coverage overall. Hoping the trail is groomed and tracks are set after the next snowfall.
