Having fun at Swedetown! After hosting in the chalet and meeting a lot of visitors on Wed and Thur, I got out on the trails with them today. Perfect conditions. A great day to glide along and focus on form. Thanks to all who visit us!

Newly groomed tracks and skate deck made for a perfect day, despite the above 32 degrees. Great kick on my skin skis. Tons of snow in Calumet!

Happy New Year Everyone! Come to Swedetown to start the year off right with a ski! All trails were groomed and tracked again today, the skate deck should be extra wide today and should make for some wonderful skiing. The trails are beautiful! Companion tracks are set on most of Valley, Greenstone, Cedar, and Tamarack. Our Multi-Use-Trails (MUT loops) were freshly groomed and tracked today with snowmobile implements, as well. Enjoy your ski!

Grooming is finally done for the day, I took the Husky through the full system to groom + set track. It's looking really gorgeous out here, with some fresh powder falling throughout the day. Companion tracks are set on most of Cedar, Tamarack, Valley, and Greenstone. Enjoy your ski!

Groomers spent all day yesterday working hard to pack in and flatten all of the snow and drifts from the storm, but conditions today are excellent and the trails are looking beautiful. Everything has been freshly groomed and tracked in the Husky this morning as of 11:45 am. Our Pet-friendly MUT loops have been freshly groomed (no tracks due to equipment issues), please make sure any pets are under control at all times. For anyone coming from out of town, we also have snowshoe trails and fatbike trails that we are working to get loops 1-3 packed and ready to ride again today. Enjoy your ski everyone!

This morning we finished double dragging the whole system with snowmobiles and drags. The skate deck is all freshened and wonderful to ski on! The tracks are solid and holding up well from yesterday's groom! Conditions are looking excellent and the glistening snow on the trees is beautiful! Have a great day!

Hope everyone is enjoying the holidays! All trails were groomed this morning with the Husky, to grind in the snow/ice mixture we got overnight. The snow is pretty wet, but should hopefully set up well for some nice post-christmas skiing! Enjoy your ski everyone! Grooming plans: I am headed out to the MUT loops to groom and re-set track there.
