Beautiful day to ski. The trails looked freshly groomed! Skied all 4 loops. Very little leaves and sticks on trail.

Lots of leaves and sticks, both in the tracks and on the skate lane. We could use more snow! I picked up some of the bigger sticks and branches but can only do so much on skis. The trails have been well used and tracks are washed out.

City Groomer reports both MN Power and Portage Park trails are beautifully tracked. MN Power has skate lane too!

Very difficult packing wet heavy snow with frozen crust plus many downed branches to be cut and removed. City Groomer working on trails again today to set track and skate lane.

Beautiful community ski trail system in Cohasset, MN, thanks to Minnesota Power, and the local ski club griming and maintains the trails. Conditions were fabulous with an inch of powder over softer deck. Skated the whole system and ended just as the lights came on. A great place to bring the whole family! A nice warming shack at the parking lot too.

Groomer reported packed and tracked and in great condition for skiing. Don't wait for the tracks to fill up with debris from the beautiful pine plantation!
