Notes

About 17km total of trail loops near the St. Cloud penitentiary. Some scenic woods and great hills. Just a mile from the Mississippi, trails run on land that was formerly a farm and takes skiers through pastures, forests, and apple orchards. Trails are mostly easy to intermediate with a few challenging hills.

After dark on Sunday, Nordic Ski Club of Central Minnesota volunteer groomer Lance groomed hilltop, orchard, and warm up loops at Graystone Nordic Ski Trail. Freestyle skate lanes only. Lots of drifting. Watch out on the Hilltop double drop downhill! Small chute to run.
