Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skate lane on complete trail was freshened. Classic track was left alone except on the Golf Course where new track was set. Skate lane is very good. Some areas of track are clean, some have some debris and some quite a bit of debris.

Skied the golf course and the big hills behind the golf course. Nice, freshly groomed skate lane which was level and fast. I used the classic tracks quite a bit and they were mostly nice, washed out in a few areas but overall good (not recently set).

Skied from the golf course to the north end (20k). 25 degrees when I started and 28 degrees when I finished early this afternoon, nearly ideal temperatures. Skate lane was firm and mostly level, fun skiing. I jumped in the classic tracks quite a bit as they were mostly hard and fast. A few places where they were washed out and some spots with leaves but mostly quite nice.

Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Our group skied the majority of the network, including the 12K north of the Old 32 Parking lot and south through the golf course. Good tracks throughout, though there was occasional wood debris. If you are coming to skate, you can use your good skis. It has been a couple of years since tackling the north end and we were reminded of the significant climbs between the 10K and 14K mark! The skins were losing effectiveness given the 35-degree temperatures, but it was well worth the drive.

Skied the golf course, the big hills behind the golf course and out to 9k. The skate deck was firm, pretty level and well skied in, nice skiing! The classic tracks were pretty fast but did have leaves in them here and there.

My first time skiing these trails and it was a great experience. Skate deck was firm and while a few places were hummocky it was not an issue. Nice and level in most places where I understand tread work has been done. Snow had more glide near the trailheads where there was more traffic. Managed to ski the whole system. Some big drops out there - I think "clavicle" was my favorite.

Ski deck report 6-20 km. The trail was freshly groomed with a small dusting of new snow. It is level, wide and with solid pole plants. There is a very small amount of debris, but good skis may be used cautiously. Diagonal tracks were well-formed and present throughout. The conditions were excellent, and the trail is beautiful.

Wow! I skied the entire system except the hills on the Blue trail behind the golf course. Firm and Fast! The classic track looked really good throughout. Thanks for all of the efforts by our groomers! Great day on the trail!

Night
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
About 2" of fresh snow was groomed into the trail. Complete trail was groomed and new classic track set. Grooming started late at 3:00 with temperature at 22 degrees and ended at 10:30 10 degrees. With cold temps and no one skiing late the trail should setup nicely.

Parked at Old 32 lot. Skied to about15k marker and back! Trails were not groomed but didn't need to be. We had another half inch of snow fall on top of the inch we received Wednesday evening. With a firm base it skied really well! Beautiful day!The classic track looked great!
