Teuton trail system, Packed/Groomed. Rating: Good. Valkyrie trail system: Packed/Groomed. Rating: Good. The track was set on both trail systems on Jan 14th. Tracks are keeping good form. Base is approximately 6 inches, and both ski systems are freshly groomed.

Both sides are in pretty rough shape. There was no fresh grooming for skating at the moment. You can try to classic, however going downhill is a bit tricky. Definitely would wait until trails are groomed.

Both the Teuton trail system (chalet side) and Valkyrie trail system (north of Hwy C) were groomed and tracked last week. The tracks are holding up well and the trails are still in great shape even though we have not received any new snow and the trails have been getting lots of use! Trails will be groomed again after we get more snow.

Skied the Teuton (southwest) side. Lovely trails, tracks were great. Definitely would recommend. Skate deck looked a little soft, but had been skied.

[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skied both sides of the road today. The long classic only loop was in the best condition of all trails here, with great grooming and plenty of coverage on nice rolling terrain. On the skate/classic combi-trails, the skate deck was very soft and a bit narrow in places, while the classic track was bomber! Definitely great classic skiing today!
