Fit strip is a loop for skate and classic that winds through mature hemlocks, white pines, and yellow birch. We were so surprised by this, as the name sounds like it would be somehow straight and boring. Great way to get a quick ski in that is walking distance from NMU or downtown Marquette. Groomed for skate and classic, it seems to get alot of use too by snowshoers and walkers, who all seem to be good about staying to the side of the groomed lane.
