Thinner cover than expected, with maybe 1-2" of powder and compacted snow over last weeks ice. Skate deck was 99+% snow-covered, with occasional grass or dirt showing through; classic tracks are 97+% snow, but expect more roots, dirt and ice and occasional forays onto the skate deck to bypass flaws. Skaters appeared to moving well. Kick with skins was fair; glide was fair to good. I'll be inspecting my bases tonight to look for damage.

Pretty nice conditions today for the skate trails. Groomer was out at around 3pm, so portions of the trail were a little soft but a significant improvement from the drifting earlier.

Odana Rd golf course, not yet tracked (as of 11am). Lots of heavy, wet snow. Bring glide wax. Parking lot plowed. Course was beautiful but snow was sticky.
