Great conditions considering the weather. Wonderful grooming job. Tracks were holding up despite the warmer weather. Slow, slightly sticky snow. It was 33 degrees at the end.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: Most, Good skis ]
We set a track on all the trails that were rolled yesterday, so everything except Connector and Northeast loops. Everything groomed is in excellent shape. Grooming plans: We hope to start breaking trail on those sections soon now that we have more snow.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: Most, Good skis ]
Plowed the road and parking area, packed and rolled all the main trails with hopes to set tracks with the groomer on Tuesday. Another 8" of fresh powder overnight brings the base back up to about a foot and no bare ground showing anywhere.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
We rolled and set tracks on the main body of trails today, so all trails except the connector and northeast loops. About 7-8" of base to work with and the tracks shaped up very nicely for some New Year's skiing.

Skied much of the system which was a winter wonderland after an inch plus of new snow this morning which covered up whatever windblown tree debris existed before. The grooming was about a week old on most of the system and the northwest loops were only skier tracked, but there was enough snow that lack of a packed base did slowed me down but provided no real obstacles. But conditions were excellent. Glide was great and green wax provided the perfect kick. More snow than I expected.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: Most, Rock skis ]
The main body of trails were classic tracked for the first time, but there are still some bare spots in the base. We got to everything except the northeast loops and the Connector. Portions of the road were double tracked. With the rain over the weekend we have only about a 6" base in the deeper spots. Expect trail debris and some bare gravel in places.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: Most, Rock skis ]
Plowed the road/parking lot and rolled all the main trails. 3-4" of more powder from Sunday night gives us a base of about 8" after rolling. Some trails and bridges are pretty thin still so we need more for setting a track.

Morning
Grooming
[ Trails Open: Most, Rock skis ]
All trails except Cascade Connector have been rolled into about 6" of light powder, even less on the windblown sections. Northeast loops were only snowmobile-packed as it was rough riding. We look forward to setting tracks after we get some more snow.

Trails were not groomed. Several old deadfalls from this summer or fall still block the trails in places. It doesn't appear trail prep has really been done, that I could see. Nevertheless the trails are skier tracked or unbroken. I skied most of the trails with the exception of the loops on the other side of the pond and broke some of them. There is plenty of stubble and a few rocks under about 5 inches of snow. The portion of the trails that use Bally Creek Road are not skiable as there has been lots of traffic on it and gravel is everywhere. All that being said, it was fun to be out in cold and snow and on skis on the last day of November. Hoping for more snow so these and other local trails can be groomed.

Ungroomed deep snow. Quiet and peaceful in the woods. The far loop needs more snow to cover all the rocks and stuff down there. Other parts were pretty good but without it packed I hit stuff under the snow occasionally. Much of it covered my ski tips and ankles.
