There is an inch or two of fresh snow on the Banadad Trail. We skied in a short distance from the east end. Conditions are excellent with snow in the trees and a great base. Some trail breaking would be needed, but the snow is soft and comfortable for a long ski.

The entire Banadad is open with a few dustings of snow since the last grooming. The trail has a 6-8" base with 12-20" in the woods and is a nice ski. The east trailhead has been busy and the grooves are in good shape. The west end grooming was damaged by skiers who skied beside the tracking and poled in, and between, the tracks and they had a few dogs. This part of the trail is usually partly damaged by moose and wolf tracks.
