Very good conditions on 90% on the trails. Firm skate deck. Fresh corduroy. One short section was uneven and had a rock or two sticking up but most of the trail was really good.

Skate deck is firm but still not perfectly level due to the rolling terrain underneath. Until we get more snow coverage, the trail will be crowned in areas and slightly rolling in others. Coverage though is very good and A Skis are recommended for skate. The tracks are good, not great. Still shallow overall and thin in select areas. We pulled several rocks this week from the tracks but still anticipate the potential for rocks if classic skiing.

Trails were all groomed Friday night. Shallow tracks were set system wide with overall good results, but there were a few rocks that got exposed. Conditions should hold up well all day, even with rising afternoon temperatures. Good skis for anyone skate skiing. B dkis for anyone wanting to use the tracks.

Currently all trails have been rolled and compacted with the Ginzu. The team is currently out this afternoon to continue creating as firm and level of a base as possible. Despite the good amount of snow, the overall depth is minimal once the air is removed. We will continue to assess but at this time, we do not plan to set tracks. All trails will open on Friday morning for skate skiing only. Recommending B skis due to some minor debris (sticks and leaves) in a few areas and overall thin, soft base.
