Morning
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
I skate skied the 10K red loop plus the out and back and then skied the 2.7 K orange loop for a total of 16K. The skate deck was a little soft and a bit slow. I would rate overall conditions as good. It was a fun early season ski.

Afternoon
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
Skate deck was quite flat and firm for the 90% of trails that are open. A few sticks, but not many and easily avoidable. I skied B skis but could have been good skis. Most of the skiers I saw were in the track.

Wow! Another great day of skiing. All of north end is open and tracked. South end is groomed but no track. They got another inch or two today. Trees are still amazing! They have 8 km of dog friendly trails so our beagle gets a great workout (thank God). Kudos to the groomers. Fun fun fun.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: Most, Good skis ]
Trail Status: Most trails open. Closed sections include out-and-back past Y, L–M, and F–G due to ongoing tree clearing after the storm. Conditions: Coverage is excellent, the deck is firm, and temps are ideal. Classic tracks are set on the North side; the South side has a smooth, level skate deck only. Grooming plans: Crews continue debris cleanup, grooming throughout the morning, and will set tracks on the South side soon.

Afternoon
Grooming
[ Trails Open: Most, Good skis ]
North trails from A-J and above are open. About 4" of new snow fell Wednesday morning and all North trails were groomed that afternoon. The cold overnight temps helped everything set up nicely, making for firm, smooth skiing. It's cold, but the sun is out and the conditions are excellent. South trails remain closed due to storm damage clean up.

Morning
Grooming
[ Trails Open: Partial, B skis ]
All North Trails (A–J and north) are now open, including the Warm-Up Loop, Practice Loop, and 2.7 K. Classic tracks were set and the base is firming up well. Coverage is very good, though skiers should expect some branches and debris—B skis recommended. Heavy snow is still weighing down trees, and with the forecast, new fall-downs are possible. Please ski with caution. Trail crew logged 50+ hours this weekend clearing more than 1, 000 trees from winter storm. Grooming plans: Grooming is ongoing today. Work now shifts south to open the remaining 7K, then the 10K, followed by the Out-and-Back.

WinMan got 2 feet of snow. 10 km of trails open with great deep firm track. Scaring deck was soft. They were grooming when we left. Trees were laden with snow. Excellent ski on groomed trails.
