2 1/2K, 6K and Training Loops groomed today. Conditions are very good, and improving with each additional grooming.

Re-groomed all trails today except the new 5K Training Loop. Also opened up the Out 'N Back trail but it will take several groomings before it is skiable. Plan to be grooming again on Friday and should be 100% open for the weekend.

All trails were groomed today, with tracks set. The trails that received their first grooming are still a little soft but cold night time temps should help them set up. Otherwise conditions are very good.

About 12K of ski trails were groomed Thursday and Friday with tracks set. Tracks and skate lane were soft after grooming from recent fresh snow, but should have set up Friday night. Otherwise conditions are very good.

2 1/2K, 6K and NEW 5K Training Loop were groomed in past 36 hours. Flat skate deck and good tracks. More trails will be groomed tomorrow. Very good conditions.

As of today, 90% of trails are open and groomed for striding and skate skiing. Very good conditions.

2 1/2 K and 6K loops are groomed with tracks set. Very good conditions. Grooming plans: Approximately 90% of 20K ski trail system will be opened on Saturday, groomed for striding and skating.

We had a chance to get out on WinMan trails on Wed. Although the entire system was not open, what was available was excellent. There was at least 10k on the northern portion of the system that had been groomed multiple times for the entire width. For the time of year, the base was wide, flat and solid pole plants were possible. Tracks were not set, but talking to the groomers, they would be soon. Other portions of the system had been rolled, but were still a little soft. Coverage was complete on all areas that I skied (the 6k loop) and there were no soft or wet spots. The groomers were hard at work on the bike and ski trials. Nice job and thank you!

Trails are currently closed. Grooming plans: With the new snow received last night and today, and even more snow forecast, we will be preparing trails next week with the goal of having the 2 1/2K and 6K loops open by Wednesday, December 4th, and all trails open by Friday, December 6th.

Began rolling trails Tuesday. Will need several additional inches of snow before opening any trails. Trails on private land will open when conditions allow. Trails on DNR land will not open until after deer season at the earliest.
