Afternoon
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
The trail was in great shape - there’s a dirty spot at the start but if you press in that’s the last you’ll see of the dirt. Groomer was out while we were there. Tracks were good everywhere and the skate deck looked good too.

Great conditions today. Groomers here are A+! The classic trails is well cut and the skate track was untouched. Saw no one else on the trail either.

The trails are in good shape except for about 200m in the extreme NE section (Pines trail.) The trails are very well marked and quite enjoyable.

Skated the entire loop. Classic tracks in very good condition with minimal leaves, sticks, etc. Skate deck appeared to also be in good condition.

Morning
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
We skied here for the first time ever and found the trails very well groomed for skate and classic skiing. A firm and deep track made the speed on the downhill runs a fun experience. We will return!

The snow is nice but the groomer made a ridge in the skate deck which made the balance funky. Classic tracks looked excellent. Trails closest to the parking lot had a lot of tracks from walkers :( wish they wouldn’t allow people on the groomed trails.

Morning
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Skated the entire loop. The trails south of the bridge have gotten pretty heavy foot traffic over the weekend and has thin coverage in areas, but the deck is pretty firm. The trails north of the bridge (spruce and pine loops) have much better coverage and haven’t seen any foot traffic, but the deck is a little more soft.

Afternoon
Firsthand: Both
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
More than 4" of powder fell Tuesday night. Both skate deck and tracks were promptly groomed. I skated on Wednesday and Friday, classic on Thursday. Skate deck was soft on Wednesday and pretty firm by Friday. Used B skis but that's all I had brought. Good skis would have been fine. Classic tracks were good except for some avoidable leaves and sticks. This place is a gem. The grooming has always been good for classic but over the past few years it has really improved for skate. The trail winds through the woods and wetlands for roughly 12k on the outer loop. It has multiple other internal loops. Its rarely busy. I encountered more skiers on Friday (all 10 people) than ever before. The best news is that the walkers aren't using the groomed trails (yet).

Trails are 85% in decent condition with some bare sections deep in the woods. Would benefit greatly from another 2-3 inches of snow. Gorgeous morning!
