Miners Trail was tilled and yesterday and a track was set. Most of the track is full depth with some shallow areas and a very few bare spots. Skate deck is very firm and skiable. Conditions are good to very good. I checked it today and it is still nice.

Miners Park trails are in pretty good shape considering how little snow is on the ground. I skied the Aurora and Pabst loops this morning with headlamp. The skate deck seemed very firm. Tracks are wind blown or have debris in only a few spots and overall are in good shape.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
We have been getting a nice 3-4 inches at a time for multiple days. We now have a solid base that is covering everything except the occasional stubborn plant/sapling. We groomed this morning and have a decent classic track set. The trails are open daily. Donations are accepted at the trail head or at our website. Enjoy!

Report from Rick the groomer:
The Miners Trail is groomed and tracked. Generally in good condition but the track is thin in spots. Enjoy. Happy Thanksgiving.

Report from Rick, the groomer: I just finished rolling and grooming the Miners Trail. I even set a track though it's pretty sketchy in many places. I met a nice family from Rochester Minnesota who came here just to ski the Miners. Use your rock skis and be careful especially on downhills.

Afternoon

Miners was skiable today, looked like it had been rolled last night or this morning. There were a few bare spots at the ATV trail crossings and some rocks here and there. For how little snow there is, it was surprisingly good.

Miner's Park was packed and groomed for skate. Early season humps and bumps, and a few rocks and sticks, but fun early season skiing. I was back out on my fish scale touring skis, but saw some skaters out.

[ Trails Open: All, Rock skis ]
All trails rolled and groomed. Skiing was good before grooming, but even better after. Fun to be on snow! A few thin/wet areas at the old road.
