Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
All the trails are tracked and freshly groomed in the morning. Trail conditions are quite excellent. Since the park is open we have had some drifting but the snow seems to be locked down and post our Sunday grooming not much drifting has occurred. The classic tracks have experienced some blowing in but overall over 90% are deep and open.

The trails were excellent. I skate-skied and it was fantastic. Thanks to the wonderful grooming team! The classical track looked very good too!

Great job groomers! They have a nice base set. Classic track was pretty grassy but skiable.

Morning
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
All trails have been re-groomed this morning after a nice overnight snowfall of 2-3". The skate lane is still a bit soft but firming up nicely, classic tracks are deep but we do have some vegetation sticking through is a few places. Sledding hill open and groomed, as well as our snowshoe trails.

[ Trails Open: Most, Good skis ]
I was out late afternoon, around 4 pm. It seems like all trails were rolled for skate, not yet groomed for classic. Very good conditions with the new snow.

Just got back from a 12K skate ski at McCarthy and it was great. Snow has been rolled, though no classic tracks set yet. Skating was easy and a pleasure, only with a couple rough spots. Honestly there would seem to be little threat to using your good skis, other than a bit of tree debris and a handful of thin spots. The heavy, wet snow we received is setting up nicely. Kudos to the groomers!
