Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Groomed both the north and south loops tonight after returning from a downhill ski trip to Lutsen, hoping to see the 4-10" I heard we received during Monday's weather event, to find that we received 1" of new snow at most. I used the knives in order to break up the underlying snow pack that had been melting and freezing to mix up with the little bit of new snow. I'm not sure how well it turned out. I'd say it is alternately restored or ruined. There was a lot of chunky snow after cutting it up. I would be ideal if we got a light dusting now, but I'm not sure that is in the forecast. But for March snow, beggars can't be choosers. There are only a few bare spots in the usual places, so expect those if you go out - which you should. I'll be there before daylight tomorrow to see how it is.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
After several snowfalls in the past week, the grooming became a bit tougher due to the quantity of snow, but we got through it and the result is probably the best track of the season. With a warm week anticipated it may get icy later in the week, but there is a good amount of snow to keep us skiing for the foreseeable future.

Received 7" of new snow. Groomed North trail today should be excellent skiing tomorrow. Set awesome track . Snow helped in the pine areas to get a better base. Plan is to groom South trail tomorrow.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Groomed both the north and south loops late this afternoon. While there was only 3-4" of new snow from the two recent snowfalls, it looks like it set an excellent track. Since we all want it to snow, I figured I could force it by grooming today.

Firsthand
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
We skied on Saturday. Good coverage of snow but it was a bit icy. The downhills were a challenge but still very fun. We skied the north trail. Great trail.
