Valley trail was the only trail groomed and tracked after the snow Sunday morning. Northern lights was used heavily so the skate deck seems packed and tracks man-made but deep. I did the Creek trail and I don't recommend classic skiing (shallow man-made tracks) but skate looks great. Monarch tracks were decent for the conditions. Overall great day to ski, and probably one of the last few days left of my season!

Skied all the trails. Natural tracks on Eagle and Monarch were some of the best I’ve seen this year. I was also able to safely stay in the track on the big Northern Lights hill so the tracks were not too icy when I started at 11:30. Conditions varied from slightly icy to soft after that but still great to be able to stay off the hamster wheel manmade one more day.

Skied Valley and Northern Lights mid-morning. Glad I had klister - waxless probably wouldn't have worked as well. No bare spots and tracks were well-defined.

The manmade loop was in good condition, though the tracks had a few icy spots. By noon, there were patches getting soft. Tried a short loop on the natural snow (Northern Lights) - icy, especially the tracks. The other classic skiers I saw were also staying on the deck.

Got out there about noon which was a little late as it was getting pretty slow. Skied part of the Lake trail but cut it short due to the slow snow. Some shady areas were OK and the classic track was fast in the shade. The south facing slopes were very slow.
Saw a few folks out there with Birkie bibs dong the virtual Birkie (congrats Mary L.). Was much better skiing yesterday when the skins worked great.

Very glazed and icy tracks by 6pm. My Zeroes had some kick on the climbs because not so icy. But very hit-or-miss kick. Perfect night for double-poling - I had my fastest laps of the season - in any style - doing that style. And I had my students do that as well; their fishscales would have had almost no kick in those conditions. The trail looked OK for skating but a little on the hard side for, say, relaxed V2.

Perfect conditions for classic. Great glide and grip. We skied the man-made loop to Lake to Creek and back via Northern Lights. Best ski of the season.

I skied my virtual Kortelopet today. It was great hearing verbal kudos from other skiers who were participating in there virtual events. I skied classic using the outer trails which were in great shape. Coverage was good, tracks were good. My glide diminished some with the new falling snow but overall a great ski. I’d like to thank the groomers and Elm Creek for maintaining a wonderful trail system!

Nice, nice, very nice! Strode the entire outside loop and the tracks were really solid everywhere with very few washouts. Even the nature center trail was in pretty good shape, as was Northern Lights (better than usual -odd!). I saw no dirt or gravel anywhere on the system. Rex blue was kicking great and snow was about average speed (perhaps slightly slow in places). Get out there early Sunday before the Final Meltdown starts.

Beautiful day on good snow. The manmade loop was very good to excellent. The natural snow Lake and Creek trails were in good shape with well set tracks and a good deck. Northern lights was a bit more used, but still good. There is a short untracked section on the Creek bypass, but otherwise it was a near perfect day.
