Endurance United Fall Programs

EU Fall Junior Training

For Nordic skiers, fall is the most important season for smart training.  Race-specific intensity training combined with volume and technique work help to ensure you are ready to ski to your full potential when the snow falls and race season begins. Whether you're training to qualify for Junior Nationals or training to have your best high school result ever, fall is a crucial time to train hard and train smart. 
Dates: 9.3.19 – 11.9.19 (10 weeks, 57 sessions)
*No Training 9.2 or 10.18-10.19 (9.2 is a holiday break, 10.18-10.19 is our MEA junior training camp)
2 Days per week: $400
3 Days per week: $500
4 Days per week: $600
5 Days per week: $650
6 Days per week: $700
*Sign-up by July 31st for $50 discount.
Notes:  The fall program includes running/bounding, rollerskiing, technique work, and strength training.


Endurance United Fall Trail Kids

EU fall trail kids is for kids ages 8-13 who are looking to get outside and enjoy the outdoors through endurance activities, specifically mountain biking and cross country skiing. This program is focused on skill development through games. EU provides the option for 4 sessions of mountain biking early fall, 4 sessions of rollerskiing (rollerblades are fine to use for those brand new) late fall, or all 8 sessions for a $10 discount.

ONLY Mountain Biking - $75 (Dates: September 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th)
Mondays 4:45-6:15pm - Battle Creek Rec Center

ONLY Rollerskiing - $75 (Dates: October 6th, 13th, 27th, November 3rd; skipping October, 20th MEA weekend)
Sundays 2:30-4:00pm - Battle Creek Water Park

BOTH Mountain Biking and Rollerskiing $140

If you have equipment questions please contact info@enduranceunited. org. We do have a few pairs of rollerskis we can lend out, but boots, poles, and helmets are up to the athlete to provide. Helmets are required for both mountain biking and rollerskiing.
