12 skiers showed up at tonight's race. The weather was excellent with the temp. at 19F with little wind. The race distance was 5Km (2 loops of 2.5K). The snow was deceptively slower than one thought, particularly on uphills. Individual time trial was the format. Everyone was very happy to ski without warm skin or second skin covering all possible exposed areas.

Everyone skied well, and Mark Byrnes dominated and led the group with 12:13.
