Laddies Loppet Day 2 Coverage
September 5, 2010Maplelag delivered on another perfect fall day for the Sunday cross-country events in the Laddies Loppet stage race. A dewy, cool morning gave way to warm, mostly sunny afternoon. In the expert race, Jason Sager of Utah moved to the front on the first lap and then held off a late charge by Brendan Moore to take the mens victory. Jenna Rinehart turned the tables on Sara Kylander-Johnson, dropping her in the twisting singletrack to collect the womens title. Jason Sager and Sara Kylander-Johnson won the points based overall victories.
