Elm Creek Series Results
December 23, 2008Conditions: Temperature: 20F, a little wind; full 5km Valley Trail loop, Thicket Trail, and Northern Light Trail are used for skate race. Valley Trail was covered with natural snow mixed with man-made snow making the condition slower, the Thicket and Northern Light Trails were covered with soft new natural snow, some sections of the course were newly groomed right before the races. Classic tracks are well-set on the Valley Trail loop, but wiped out on Thicket and Northern Light Trails. Race distance: 1 lap of 5km for skate, and 2 laps of 2.5km man-made loop for classic, mass start.

Due to next Wed. being the New Year’s eve, next Wed. night's TT race is rescheduled to next Tue. Night, Dec. 30, same time -- race registration time is at 6:30pm-6:55pm, and race starts at 7pm for freestyle, and classic race starts at 7:30pm.
