BREW TEAM RACE AND HAPPY HOUR

Date: Wednesday December 16 (rescheduling to a later date...)

Where: Elm Creek Park Reserve, Maple Grove, MN

Registration: 6:15pm-6:45pm

Fees: $8.00 a person (freestyle or classic), or $14 a person (both freestyle and classic)

Skate Race Start: 7:00pm

Classic Race Start: 7:30pm.

Post Race Happy Hour: Prizes for the top team and beer for legal drinking age participants.

Course and Distance: 5K lighted trail loop.

Team Format: Skiers race as individuals in either or both of the events and score points for their team. Teams must consist of at minimum 3 skiers. No upper limit to team size. One participation point will be awarded for each team member racing in each of the events. The top 3 skiers (max 2 per gender) will score points for their team (i.e. race points will come from the fastest 2 males and 1 female or fastest 1 male and 2 females). Format subject to change based on participation levels. Finishing times will not be recorded but finishing places will be recorded. Race points + Participation Points = Winning Team!
