Ringer Roll is ON !!! Friday morning, Aug 10. You can do Skate or Classic- 10km course, interval start.

Ringer Roll Sign UPWaiver and Payment is on Friday Morning. $15.
New this year we will have a Sprint race as well- short and sweet, starting approx 9:15am in the parking lot.
You need to be there 7am sharp, or sooner on Friday morning. Its further then you thinks, so plan some time for driving.
Ringer Roll-
LNR Tradition- this is the 12 annual Ringer Roll, end of Summer Training celebration
10km Rollerski Race- 8am interval start. followed by Sprint Racing- approx 9:15am starts.

T Shirt- Yes- training shirts from previous loppet events-
Who?: All LNR Summer athletes and open to the Public - invite you friends from other schools/colleges/clubs
