Forested terrain varies from mostly level (West Trail, East Trail) to rolling hills (Ninemile Trail, Lake Loop) to hilly (Devil's Run). Chickadees waiting to eat birdseed from your hand at the warming shelter. Toilets are available at the parking area and warming shelter.

Due to pest getting into the shelter we ask that people bring in own bird seed. We cannot have it stored in shelter due to a clever squirrel.

Set track today on Military, West, East, Ninemile and Lake Loop. Track is fair. Skate deck is setting up well. Still some thin spots under conifer stands.

Conditions: Fair 2" base all trails groomed and still not enough snow to track.
Debris and bare spots under hemlocks and small parts of 9-mile, lake loop and devils run. Be careful, I tried to flatten for a good base but we still need more snow.
