Afternoon
Observation
Stopped by Raven after skiing Madeline and examined the beginning of the trail at the parking lot off woodruff road. The tracks looked well set so I assume the rest of the trails may be in good shape. Just thought I would give a comment on it in case anyone is contemplating skiing Raven.

Trails were in very good condition, nice glide, and with just enough skiers smoothing out downhill turns to make them fun and easy. Thanks to the groomer who has kept the trails in excellent condition all season.

Tracks are washed out, and loose snow is piled up, causing difficulty with pole plant in some areas. Tracks are fast, and that's an issue on some of the steep downhills that have sharp curves, as tracks are washed out, and there's no room to snowplow. We met several people after exiting the trails, and all reported washed-out tracks, no matter the trails skied. That being said, while tracks are washed out, there is very little debris in them. It's a beautiful trail system in need of fresh grooming.
