Morning
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
We packed and tracked all of our trail segments this morning, after close to a foot of heavy/wet snow. Tracks came out good, the snow was getting sticky and balling up on the track setter. Still very skiable. May be the last grooming of the season.

Afternoon
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Lots of snow and more dense sticky snow in sunny spots. About 3 inches new snow on a groomed nice mixed of easy and challenging trails. We skied the easy one today since it was quite snowy.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
All of our trails were groomed and track set after 4 inches of wet snow this week, and an inch of cold dry snow this morning. Conditions are excellent. We have at least two feet of snow on the ground. Looks like a good ski weekend coming up.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
With over 10 inches of snow, and about 30 inches in the past two weeks, our snow base is fantastic. We rolled and set track (we are classical only) on our entire system this afternoon, conditions are great for a good ski weekend.

Afternoon
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
With a thaw and some rain this week and very little snow (less than 2 inches) we went out and graded the trails and set track (we are classical only). We put extra weight on the track setter and managed to set track. While the track is not up to our usual standards, it will be very skiable for the weekend. We are expecting warmer temps which should improve conditions.

Grooming Scheduling
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Despite the hard pack and very little fresh snow, with additional weight on our track setter, we managed to set an excellent track on all of our trails. Conditions are great for the Skandia Lions Winter Festival Saturday. There will be skiing, snowshoeing, and a coasting hill available, along with food.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
After two days of sub zero temperatures and blowing snow, we managed to get all of our trail system packed and tracked. We are also preparing our snowshoe trail and coasting for the annual Skandia Lions Winter carnival next Saturday. Proceeds from this event go to fight hunger. Come on out and enjoy our trails, have some food and support a good cause.

Afternoon
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
All of our trails were packed and tracked after 6 inches of fresh (cold) snow. We are going to have a period of colder more normal temperatures, making for great skiing conditions. We also have a loop for snowshoeing which is also tracked on one side.
