This steep hilly area is the favorite training ground of local racers. Trail is through black spruce bogland, red pine and mixed hardwood. Great rolling hills and sweeping corners -- entirely in the woods.Trail Reports

We took a quick tour of the Movil Maze trails after lunch and experienced great snow conditions on this wooded system. With temps in the 20's, the snow was fast and firm. The skate deck was just a bit skittery under my old skis, but all climbs and descents were pretty easily navigated with good purchase when you needed it. The tracks were also in great condition, albeit with the normal tree debris and pine needles that this section of woods likes to shed. All in all, it was a fun ski at this gem.
