Boomer Blue will be plowed open so NO access to Cowhorn trails from Wendigo Road. Use south access off Danson Road or ski elsewhere. Logging will begin in a few weeks and roads will intersect groomed Cowhorn ski trails and one section of loop 1 will be closed.

Trails were groomed last Friday and today have 2" of new snow. I could ski in the tracks except where drifted in open cutting areas. Great fun! Xtra Blue kick wax. I did all the outer loops. Someone else will have to break trail on the rest of Boomer Blue that cuts through the middle.

Followed Lucy's tracks in deep snow on short loop. Nice ski! Hoped to meet groomer but no sign at either end. Both parking lots are plowed, so hopefully soon!

Skied short loop. Not groomed, but beautiful powder skiing. Faint trace of previous classic track.

Skiers have been reporting great skiing but not posting so I just had to go ski it myself! Met skiers coming and going on the set track, then met the groomer who reset the track over the entire system by noon.
