After the Detroit Mountain ski stopped by Mountain View. I had classic skied here last week after the big dump of snow but the sun and warm temps made for a slower classic ski but beautiful conditions. Today I was skating on the groomed skate deck in between the tracks. Temperature was still in the mid 20's and the snow was providing good action. Super fun rolling trail with some tight corners and long hills, both up and down. If you are hypersensitive to walkers and dogs be aware there are trail users that are out in this mode. Personally it didn't alter my ski experience and I'm happy to see people out enjoying the beautiful March weather. Word is they will keep grooming as long as possible.

Skied classical tracks which were set on all trails. Trails were very icy. Some sticks, leaves, and many deer prints were on both classic and skate trails, making the skate deck bumpy with hard iced footprints at times.
