The classic tracks in some areas were washed out. Many people were out. Snow cover was great, but soft and slow.

We skied the icy trails at about freezing late afternoon. Tracks ranged from decent to treacherous with numerous meltdown spots. Mostly icy to glare ice with some good snow on a few short perpetually-shaded sections. Not much fun skiing - I mostly double-poled.

Quite nice conditions at about noon today. All trails have coverage and tracks are set. Icy spots do exist near the nature center under a couple of trees. There is the usual sort of leaves, pine cones, bark and whatever has blown off the trees in some sections. One or two places where the grooming hit the earth under the snow, these spots are easy to see and avoid.

Nice new snow added to already good conditions. There were a couple thin spots were the dirt peeked through, but they were easy to avoid. Get out and ski, people.

Good snow cover and good tracks were set. The cold helped them to firm up. There were a few bare spots in the usual places, but they are easily avoidable. All around, it was a blue wax day. Sorry, no photos. I was too busy having a great ski.

Trails are recently groomed. Nice firm tracks. Good snow coverage, but some tracks (especially on the north side) are thin with exposed dirt/grass - that is the only reason I rated with B-Skis. Pole plants reveal hard sub-surface in places.

Nice to have some snow to work with today. The trails hadn't been groomed since the snow started, but there were quite a few folks out. They followed the old tracks and made for some very good skiing. We covered both the inner and outer loops. The far loop with the best hills was fun today.

Good tracks this afternoon. They were still a bit soft. It didn't get too warm, so conditions could be better tomorrow early. Nice ski with adequate snow. Only a few thin icy spots.

Yay! Great ski. The sun softens the snow in areas, but it was wonderful. Pines trees heavy with snow.

Basically un-skiable. Terrible. Much exposed ground. Dirt, leaves. Walked at least half the track.
