Notes

8KM groomed for classic, 7KM groomed for both classic and skating. The classic loop is one through wooded terrain and offers extensive views of the Mississippi River. The trailhead is located at the Mississippi National Golf Course Parking lot 2 miles south of Red Wing. Also known as Red Wing East End Recreational Area.

Skied the lower golf course - very fast and firm , no ice. Doesn't get much better! Catwalk in good shape. The west side of the course above the club house is groomed but not worth skiing on right now. It was frozen over with an uneven surface.

All trails are groomed for classic and skate on both the golf course and the bluff. freshly groomed this morning. We are now lighting about two miles of the lowland trails.
