Golf course is not groomed but 2-3 inches of snow was definitely enough to skate or stride. Going up and down the first fairway heading south from the clubhouse was very nice with a little hill. I expect it will be nice Thursday morning as well before the next warm up.

Unfortunately the high winds over the past day and night have blown the fluffy snow off the trail on much of the golf course. The woods and golf course can be enjoyed with classic skis but there are no groomed tracks and there is some bare ground. In the woods there is a fair amount of leaf and twig litter and some bridges are in need of repair going over the creek so be careful.

Groomer made one pass and also a tracked pass. The light fluffy snow packed down to about 1.5" - skatable for sure but caution to be used as the trail follows the paved cart path. Edges and pole tips will go right to the asphalt. Great job by the park staff to get out there right away! With more snow, it will be much better.
