Conditions: Ungroomed mostly grass, about 3 areas with about 100yds of snow.
Great adventure looking for snow. What a change from 4 days ago! Walked to stretches of snow and did those repeatedly spoke with a golfer as I was leaving. He gave me a (pleasant) head start!

Conditions: Good in most parts, fair in others. Some water.
Fun early morning spring crust ski at 8 am thanks to inspiration from the Phalen report yesterday. Was fast and only one major lake to walk around on trail. Would suggest skiing before noon if you are going to go because lots of water spots start to develop.

  Conditions: 60% good, 30% okay, 10% terrible (0% great).
Much of the loop is still in good condition, but a few spots are deeply rutted, bare, or strewn with debris. Hopefully the course will get groomed again. It is still skiable, with a firm skate deck and solid classic tracks for most of the loop, but there are a few very deep ruts in the first kilometer after the parking lot. You need to watch your line carefully there.

Conditions: Ungroomed, but decent for March. Almost survived the warm up.
Classic skied the loop Tuesday. Most of the tracks and most of the skate deck were surprisingly firm and have seen only gentle use these past couple days. The skate deck for the first kilometer from the parking lot was badly rutted by someone who apparently went out in the afternoon and then turned back after sinking in several times. There are 2 bare patches along the course--both pretty easily avoided. Several spots are getting filled with debris. There should be some decent skiing left here--but bring your rock skis and watch for the occasional bad rut.

Conditions: Freshly groomed at 5:15 pm, windblown.
Fresh cord, one or two skiers ahead of me. The trail was windblown in many places which made it hard to see. It sort of blended in with the rest of the field.
