Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Despite the crunchy top layer of snow on the trails prior to grooming tonight, the classic tracks that were set look great. There are a few icy spots where the track is thin so be careful crossing those areas. Two sets of classic track were also layed on Rock Pond. Everything should be set up nicely by the morning!

Morning
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
The trails were groomed early this morning. The fresh snow made for some very nice classic track. Be cautious on the section coming down from Rock Hill as it is pretty loose and may be hard to slow down. Everywhere else is going to be good skiing! Enjoy!

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Fresh classic track played early this morning, looking good in most places, but with some areas of thin track littered with leaves. Stick to B skis because of those patchy spots.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Groomed over the fresh snow Tuesday night, and some very nice looking corduroy and classic tracks came out of it. With all the wind though, the trails in some places, especially the trail coming down from the lookout are likely drifted over. skate loop groomed on the pond yet.

Groomed Monday night. Very nice conditions after the recent snow. Classic track should set up overnight and be fantastic on Tuesday. Enjoy!

Just groomed this morning. Track looks pretty good. The fresh snow helped significantly. The coming wind may blow some sections over. Enjoy the classic ski!

Afternoon
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Trails had good snow coverage on top of the ice. I never felt any crunching from hitting any of that thick layer. There are a few thin spots, hence I'd recommend B skis. As it was, if I'd used good skis today it wouldn't have damaged them. Currently ungroomed, so I was cutting tracks or using previous skiers.

Morning
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
For tracks not being very deep, they were set well and surprisingly good classic skiing. Felt safe on good skis even with low snow coverage. Stayed for 5 laps, toward the end I could see that herringbone will obliterate tracks on steeper parts of uphills, but very nice when I started. No dog or human footprints on the vast majority of the ski tracks. Very little snow or leaves blown into tracks. Large downhill on course is more forgiving than is typical, due to low temps (slow snow), and no ice or bumps.

Fresh tracks! Freshly groomed. Complete snow coverage, but the structure of the track is thin in some spots. Get on it quick before it gets skied out!
