Fantastic skiing, trails were just groomed after snowfall. The best skiing I've had this season. Most trails are groomed for classic and skating. The temperature was in the 20s which made for comfortable skiing.

Another super ski today up in the arrowhead! The weather, the great tracks, and the outstanding Boundary Waters scenery made for an outstanding ski afternoon on the Central Gunflint trails. This is one of our favorite areas to ski in the state!

Trails were in excellent conditions. It was -9F when we arrived. Sun was out with a little more wind than I would have liked. We were classic skiing. We skied the Popar Creek trail, Beaver Dam, Ridge runner and Summer Lake road. Saw moose tracks on Ridge runner. Enjoyed some nice soup in the lodge. Great trails groomed well and a super friendly staff made it an enjoyable day.

Excellent snow, excellent trails, excellent grooming! Today skied the poplar creek trail - it does not get any better! Wonderful skate deck, new corduroy, beautifully done! The classic track looked great throughout as well! Terrific scenery winding through the snow covered boreal forest - it was wonderful!

Received 5 inches of new snow on the 11th of January. Everything was re-groomed the following day (70km of trails open). Ski trails are in excellent shape. Trail base is averaging 5 to 8 inches in depth. Awesome conditions and skiing.
