Considering the (lack of) snow depth, the trails are in great shape. They were groomed Saturday, and there was still pretty much untouched corduroy on Sunday. There is a little bit of dirt mixed in here and there and occasional grooves from the groomer, but the skate deck is remarkably level.

Report from the Northwoods Nordic page: CAVOC ski trails were groomed Monday afternoon. The coverage isn't that bad, bumpy in some areas as to be expected but very little dirt is showing. Tried to set tracks in a few spots (i.e., Aspen and Wetland Trails) but they don't look very good. Be careful going down hills and try not to snowplow or edge as the base is thin. Stay away from Stony Drop as its very bumpy halfway down. Probably no more grooming until the next snowfall.
