[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Picked up a few inches of snow last night/this morning - fortunately it was at the lower end of what we were estimated to get. Ski trails were groomed and trackset today. I left the snowshoe trails alone and still haven't evaluated the bike trails - possibly tomorrow.

We are slowly getting caught up with the weekend blizzard. All snowshoe trails have been rolled and the main loop out of the chalet - WinMan Passage - has been groomed. All of the ski trails have been groomed and we will be setting track tonight on the 2.5k and 6k loops. More snow is forecast to come in this afternoon/evening which we will deal with on Wednesday. Conditions will be soft and slow for quite awhile.

Hard to know exactly how much snow we got this weekend with all the drifting but I'd guess it was 12-15". We have been rolling trails all day today and will attempt to get some of the ski trails groomed and trackset on Tuesday. I plan to look at the bike trails later this week but don't have much hope of getting them rideable anytime soon.

Ski trails were groomed and trackset on Thursday. Snowshoe trail was groomed on Friday. All trails are in great shape except for the bike trails - hope to start working on those early next week.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
All the trails were groomed today and the ski trail had fresh tracks put down. Snowshoe trail is in excellent shape and ski trail is in very good shape with just a little softness on the surface. The bike trail is a mixed bag with the shady sections nice and firm and the sunny, exposed areas turning into mashed potatoes. If you're planning on riding, early morning or late afternoon/evening will give you the best experience. Once again, if you're rutting up the trails, it's no fun for you and more work for me.

Skied classic track blue trail. All trails open. Excellent grooming, well marked trails. Great place to ski. Thank you to the groomers, great work.

Absolutely excellent conditions for both skate and classic skiing. There were also a fair number of snowshoers and fat tire bikers out. This trail system is fantastic for several winter sports.

Not sure what the total came out to but we got a lot of snow yesterday! Justin and I made multiple passes on the ski trail today, packing it down and setting track on the final pass. It's pretty soft, the tracks may be a little wavy and there may be an occasional berm in the skate lane. We will redo it all tomorrow. I groomed the snowshoe trail this morning and it's in great shape. Bike trail still hasn't gotten any love - sorry.

I skied the red loop including both out and back options. The trails were all freshly groomed. It was minus five when we arrived and about plus five when we left. The skate deck was firm but boy was it SLOW, even with Swix 4 glide wax.

We've been getting significant snow all afternoon/evening - 8-10 inches so far - and have been packing the ski trail since 1pm and just came in from grooming and track-setting the entire system. We are still getting snow and the wind has picked up - trails will likely need to be groomed again in the morning. The snowshoe trail was groomed earlier today but have not had a chance to touch the bike trail yet - hope to start working on it sometime tomorrow but as of right now, it's not rideable. Thank you to my son Justin for helping out in the other groomer all day.
