- Trail Kids Program Manager: Loppet Foundation (Minneapolis, MN):
The TRAIL KIDS Program Manager is in charge of running adventure based endurance programming year round for youth ages 7-13. The Program manager is tasked with using a variety of modalities including trail running, mountain biking, orienteering and cross country skiing to help young develop a passion for endurance sport, the outdoors, and a healthy lifestyle. The program manager is also tasked with creating an inclusive environment for youth of all races, athletic abilities and economic backgrounds.
- Loppet Cycle Works Program Director: Loppet Foundation (Minneapolis, MN):
The Program Director is in charge of running competitive and adventure based mountain bike programming for the Loppet Foundation. The Program Director strives for excellence with the goal of helping each athlete to reach his/her potential in competitive sport, and help each athlete achieve his/her goals. The Program Director is tasked with creating a culture where athletes are encouraged to pursue high goals, excel on a daily basis, embrace the adventure in year-round endurance activities, and have high expectations in terms of effort, technical knowledge, skill, and performance. The Program Director works to broader goals as articulated by the Loppet Foundation’s mission and values.
- Assistant Nordic Coach: Roseville Area High School (Roseville, MN):
Roseville Area High School is seeking applicants for the position of assistant (Boys/Girls) Nordic ski coach for winter 2020-21. RAHS Nordic is in a building period with a growing group of very enthusiastic kids. The attitude, excitement, and energy are very high. They want to learn to ski and have fun with the team. Qualifications/requirement include: help lead, develop, teach and provide a positive athletic experience for interested athletes grades 7-12. Applicant should have a good knowledge of the sport of Nordic Skiing and be willing to meet all/any MSHSL & RAHS coaching requirements. The Minnesota Youth Ski League (MyXC) is hiring coaches for our Skiwerx (Ski for Sport) program. We have programs at Elm Creek and Wirth Park. We are most in need of coaches for our Wirth Park location. Pay is generous and increases after one year of coaching with MyXC.

- Assistant Nordic Coach: Lakeland Nordic Ski Team (Minocqua, WI):
The Lakeland Nordic Ski Team is looking for a qualified individual to assist the head High School Ski Coach this 2020-2021 Season. The Lakeland Nordic Ski Team is composed of approx 25 co-ed athletes that range from beginner skiers to being highly competitive on the JNQ circuit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: facilitating pre-season dry land training, lead weeknight practices with focus and ability to coach and guide all levels of ability of the High School program, be weekend race support for the duration of the season, have knowledge of basic wax skills and assist as needed, and aide in parent communications. If you enjoy being on the snow in the winter, this is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic group of kids. The majority of our practices are held at Minocqua Winter Park, and races are held in various Wisconsin communities. This is a paid position with additional travel allowance to cover expenses. - Head Elementary Nordic Coach: Lakeland Nordic Ski Team (Minocqua, WI):
Do you have a passion for Nordic Skiing and want to share it with the youngest generation of skiers? The Lakeland Nordic Ski Team needs your help! We currently have a position opening for the Head Elementary Ski Coach. This level has an average of 30 kids in the program split into 3 different ability levels. Head coach responsibilities include but are not limited to: Planning all aspects of practices that are held every Monday and Thursday at Minocqua Winter Park. Offering a positive and fun environment which allows children of all levels to learn, make progress and have fun during their 2020-2021 Season. Facilitate all parent communications. Attend monthly board meetings to report on your portion of the program. Participate in the year end banquet. - Head Nordic Coach: Glacier Nordic Ski Team (Whitefish, MT):
Are you interested in spending the winter in beautiful northwest Montana? Glacier Nordic Ski Team is hiring a Comp Team Head Coach for the 2020-2021 ski season. This team consists of motivated middle school and high school students that desire to excel in local races and Junior National Qualifiers. The position is from October 2020 - March 2021 and it will include up to 6 sessions per week and additional race days. Glacier Nordic Club has a 40-year history in the ski town of Whitefish, Montana. Our mission is to instill a life-long love of cross-country skiing. We have a robust infrastructure with over 230 youth in our ski team programs.
