Conditions: Temperature: 4F, wind-chill -9F; race course is set on a short loop of 1.5km man-made snow, glazed and hard packed base with some loose snow on top on most of the course, and tracks are set but some sections are blown by wind all day long.  Race distance: 4 laps of 1.5K (6K total), both classic and freestyle, mass start.
