Second Annual Nordic Ski Expo

Due to the success of last year's Nordic Ski Expo at the MN State High School Nordic Ski Coaches fall meeting, we have decided to partner with the Mora Vasaloppet folks and expand the Nordic Ski Expo! Our early plans are to set up a vendor's tent outside of the Vasaloppet Chalet and cast our net far and wide for Nordic ski related businesses and vendors who would like the chance to share their products, services, knowledge, and expertise with both the high school ski coaches and the general public. Our goal is to make a very big deal of this so that we have lots of coaches in attendance as well as strong attendance from the general public.

Here are the early details:

When: Saturday, October 23, 2010

Where: Mora Vasaloppet Ski Chalet, Mora, Minnesota

Tentative Schedule: 8:30am- 10:00am Ski Coaches only 10:00 am-3:00 pm General Public

Cost: $75 per 10 X 10 foot stall with an 8 foot table included. Vendors would be welcome to rent more than one stall. Ski shops that support the Victor C Dunder Award receive one free stall and table. Stall rental includes two lunch tickets. After September 1 the stall rental charge moves up to $100

Why: To connect with the 100+ Nordic ski coaches who have direct influence on the thousands of high school Nordic skiers (and their families) as well as members of the general public who are invited to attend this exciting event. Coaches and the public will be encouraged to bring money or credit cards to shop...you are encouraged to bring items to sell.
