  • Jan 27 Ironbull Ring of Snow Challenge (Wausau, WI)

    • Jan 24 update:
Unfortunately, the above freezing temperatures are deteriorating the thin snow base and we are forced to cancel the Ring of Snow. We hope for more snow next year to kick off this exciting community event!

    • Jan 23 update:
The base is very thin in Wausau, so this weekend’s event is at the mercy of Mother Nature and we’ll make a decision later this week if we can hold the event (therefore, we will not charge credit cards unless we hold the event). Currently, temperatures are predicted to remain near/above freezing the next several days with rain/ice predicted. If we get rain/ice, we will likely need to cancel since there’s not enough snow to work with…do your snow dance for snow until then!

    • Jan 18 update:
Trails are currently in good shape with last week’s snowfall and cold temperatures with a track set. With the thin base, we are hoping that we don’t have a meltdown next week. We will not be charging credit cards unless we hold the event. The race course will utilize a non-technical 3.5K loop with rolling hills, totaling 120 feet of gain and loss per loop.
