Goose Lake Ski Trail Fall Clean-up Day
The Lake Country Nordic Ski Club will be having our annual Goose Lake Ski Trail Fall clean-up Saturday October 21st starting at 9 am. If you use the trails in any capacity or would just like to give back to your community, please join us. You can anticipate fun, exercise and fresh air with this opportunity to donate time that doesn’t require a big commitment or advanced skill sets. Please plan on a 4-hour window – more if you can spare it, though this year with a lack of storms the cleanup should not be bad. The more participants we have, the faster we finish.
What to bring
Please bring along any of the following equipment/supplies: personal drinking water, chain saws, folding saws, bow saws, brush trimmers, loppers, gloves, insect repellent, ATV, and any other tools you have which may aid in the trail cleanup.
Where to meet
We will meet at the trailhead 5 miles west of Longville, MN on County Road 5 (Woman Lake Road).
