Trails were freshly groomed each time I skied them (or maybe it was the 30 mph wind washing out my tracks from previous passes). The skate deck was firm but no glide to be found. Hats off to the grooming crew for keeping the trails maintained in late March.

Trails re-groomed Thursday after 14 inches of new wind-blown fine-grained, dry snow from Wednesday's blizzard conditions. Skating lane was packed and combed over with the top two inches being soft.  The paved rec trails have not been plowed yet and the skating lane in the park is getting lots of foot traffic.  Classical tracks packed and tracks reset with well defined tracks over an icy packed base.  Overnight 1/2 inch of fluff covered the corduroy and was being scrubbed out by skiers.  44 inches of snow for the season.
