Notes
Stretches from Timm's Hill County Park all the way down to Rib Lake Ski Trails. From the south end, the first 3 miles of the trail start out fairly flat and are great for beginners and families. The next 7 miles get progressively hillier and offer more of a challenge for the intermediate to advanced skiers.Trail Reports

I strided the trails in the park this afternoon, with Paul, shortly after he finished grooming trails. Excellent conditions for classic skiing. Skating would be not as great since some parts are, I think, too narrow for that. The southern half of the THT, which goes from Rustic Road north, was not groomed yet.

Good condition with plenty of snow. We just classic skied the 6K loop around the county park and tower. Looks like a couple inches of snow has fallen since last groomed, but skiers have worked it into the somewhat shallow tracks. Don't know if trail is ordinarily groomed for skating, but there is too much snow on it now. You know you have arrived in the north woods when hemlock cones are the main debris on the trail.

After several days of cold temps and rock hard snow, sure enough it's the good skiing we have again. New snow and grooming.
