Full Moon Fever! The trails in the woods and and down to the school are in great shape. We have moved the timer so the lights are on until 10 p. m. and arranged for the moon to be high in the sky and nearly full for the next couple of nights.

Skied classic in all trails of the north section this afternoon; tracks in excellent condition. Thank you to the groomers.
Could not find the two south loops.

The entire system was groomed and tracked earlier today. We got a bunch of passes on it and when the grooming crew skied it this evening, we were very pleased with our work. I had intentions of going to one of the big systems on Sunday, but I have been driving all over the State this year to ski and am sick of it. So, come on out to Rockman's Woods on Sunday afternoon and join me for a great ski! I figured the timer on my first attempt as well. So the lights are from dusk to about 9:15. Glad to be skiing in Barron.

I ran the snowmobiles around all the trails and then rolled the ones that had some snow. The right of way is marginal, with a large ice sheet at the base of the hill. The woods aren't skiable.
