Again same amazing grooming on Amen as on Suomi made for a fabulous high noon ski at 10 degrees. Thank goodness for wide flat pack dropping down to Lake Loop, steep descent with turn at the bottom. The whole system up and down but could stride up most with a little skilled coaching.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Groomed Amen Lake trails today. Nice retro track (skied in). It could have been left, but that’s the hardest thing for a groomer to do. Don’t think I made it worse.

Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Good snow quality with thumb depth over usable tracks where it hasn’t been skied, which is now only the southwest part of the main loop between Maple and Lake, and maybe the Cross Loop.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Groomed the Amen Lake trails today. About 5” of new snow since the last grooming. Skiers did a good job keeping the track open.

Grooming

Set track at Amen Lake trails to the Suomi trails. Lots of snow. Packed with the snow machine yesterday. Snowing as I was grooming. Don’t know if it can be skied in or regroomed.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Rock skis ]
Set track at Amen Lake trails today. Exposed bare ground in several places. Nothing a little snow won’t take care of.
