As far as I know, all trails are open -- there is no signage to indicate either way -- but the grooming was wildly inconsistent. Some trails were not groomed at all -- not yet this season, by their appearance. Some trails had a deck only, and it was in excellent condition since no one had skated it yet. Some trails had just tracks -- which were in poor shape due to thin cover. Skiable, but lots of debris and brown patches. Some trails had a deck with tracks cut right down the middle, not really leaving enough room to skate anywhere. Some of the groomed trails were being stomped out. A couple trails have large downed trees that require stepping over. I picked up a few branches and logs, and tossed them into the woods, but I didn't get them all. You will probably need to cross a couple of access roads, and those are bare pavement. I skied my good skis, but that was not the best choice. Definitely B or rock skis until more snow falls. The brown patches are pretty common, but mostly grass and dirt. I didn't see or hit any rocks, but I'm not going to say they are not out there. On the good side, we skied for four hours, and saw exactly seven human beings.

Overall, very good conditions. A few bare spots in some places, but generally good trails. My first time here. Will definitely come back. Snow was fast, especially late afternoon when temps started to drop a little.
