Good conditions for March with 6" base all groomed. Did not track, snow is a little soft so ski deck needs to firm up overnight with colder temps. Enjoy!

We skied on the Otter trail on Saturday afternoon. It was perfect. All set for the candlelight ski that happened last night. You could tell a lot of time went into getting it this good. Not sure what the conditions are after another warm day. This is so sad. I think our ski days might be numbered?

What a lovely ski system. Rolling hills that do not require herringboning to climb to their crest. Nice full depth track throughout the entire system. A few oak leaves are starting to gather in the tracks, but they did not cause any problems today. On the all-purpose trail (Otter) a few snowshoers need to learn to stay off the track but overall this was a minor inconvenience. I skied from 10 am to 3 pm and saw four other skiers the entire day.

[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
Fun and smooth classic ski on the xc and multi-purpose trails late this morning. Things are tracked quite well throughout, seemed the better option vs skate there today, just given the amount of snow at present. I'm fairly certain there are a few more trails that just weren't groomed yet this season, which is why I say "most"- still at least 5+ miles of interesting routes to explore, and groomed well, so worth the trip!

It was our first time out for the year and it was great. Good job on grooming. No sticks or oak leaves in the way. Skied about 4 miles.
