Reports 1 to 5 of 5    Month: Jan
Monday, January 30, 2023
Afternoon
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: Most, Good skis ]
I strided the 6k Championship Loop this afternoon. Very good to excellent conditions for classic and skate skiing. If you ski in the tracks, watch out for occasional twigs reaching out to smack you in the face. This is a really fun trail, with lots of hills and turns.

[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skied most of the trails and ski trails were firm and fast [ no tracks ]. Parking lots easy to access off of hwy c and Harper lake roads and the handicapped toilets are nice. There is a connecting trail to Forest Springs if you need tracks. Grooming plans: Rib lake sections should be tracked by Friday.

Skied the Championship loop. Good condition A little fast. No tracks. You had to duck to get under a few bent over small trees. Lots of fun.

No track was set. Beautiful scenery. Fresh corduroy. Firm level skate deck. The middle section was kind of narrow in spots.
